How to get in
The gate code and the notes for this home, shown only on the day to the person going, every look logged.
The drive on your diary
Between every two stops: ~9 min · 2.6 mi, and when to leave. A tight gap is amber, never a refusal.
Your day on one map
Every stop with the dog's face and its number, the next drive dashed, and your little van.
Next stop, one thumb away
Who's next, how far, when to leave and Navigate, pinned above your tab bar.
Home about 5:25
When your last visit ends and when you'll be home, worked out from the day's real drives.
Where, before when
Customers say where when they book, before they pick a time, and see the times that suit your route first.
On my way
One tap texts the next customer you're coming, with a link to follow the visit to their door.
A travel fee
None, a flat fee, or more for further away: one fee per home, its own line at checkout.
Plan tomorrow
Tomorrow's stops in the best order and every time sent in one tap. A changed time waits for the customer's yes.

Build yours in 3D
One platform built for every kind of mobile business.
Mobile groomers

A salon and a van
Both in one diary: the salon is a place, so the drive runs from the salon to the first home.
Dog walkers
Every pick-up's address and way in on the walk, the route on the card.
Pet sitters
Drop-ins and overnights at the customer's home, how to get in shown on the day.
Trainers at home
Sessions in the customer's own home, the homework on the card, the next visit booked.
More than one van
Each van is its own lane in the diary, with its own day and its own drives.
One price, in your money.
The plan you'd choose anyway, each with its first van. Bookings paid through dogmode replace the subscription, dollar for dollar, down to $0.

- A pay link by text, a QR code at the counter, a receipt that opens the card
- Deposits or paid in full up front, paid out daily. One rate, all in, and the software is free when payments run through dogmode

Frequently asked questions
Does dogmode work for a mobile groomer?
Yes. Set Where you work to I go to them and every visit carries the customer's address, Navigate and how to get in, and your diary shows the drive between stops. It works the same for walkers, sitters and trainers who go to the dog.
Do my customers ever see where my day starts?
Never. Where your day starts is private, often your own home. Customers see Comes to you and your area on the Marketplace and your website, and only ever their own address.
How does it know how long each drive takes?
It asks Mapbox for the drive between your stops, with traffic, when your diary opens. Nothing is stored, and when Mapbox can't answer you see an honest estimate, never zero.
Will it stop me booking two visits too close together?
No. A tight gap shows amber so you can see it coming, and you are never blocked: you know your streets.
Where do gate codes and access notes go?
In Getting in, on the customer's household. A code shows as dots until you tap Show, only on the day of the visit and only to the people on it, and every look is logged. It never goes in a text.
Can I run a salon and a van?
Yes. Choose Both: a visit at the salon stays a salon visit, a visit at home carries the address, and the drive runs from the salon to the first home.
Miles or kilometres?
Your country's: miles in the United States and the United Kingdom, kilometres everywhere else, in every drive and every area.
How do I get to the next customer?
Tap Navigate on the visit and pick Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. It remembers your choice.
What does a mobile business pay?
The plan you'd choose anyway, in your own money: solo if you work alone, the shop plan for a team, each with its first van. Each van after it is US$49, A$49, £39, CA$49, NZ$49 or €45 a month. Bookings paid through dogmode replace the subscription, dollar for dollar, down to $0.
Can you move my customers over from MoeGo?
Yes, free, usually in a day: your customers, their dogs and the addresses you hold, so your first route draws itself.
