Does the pet owner need to download an app?
Never. Owners just tap the link you text or email them. It opens a beautiful page in their browser. No account, no download, no friction.
How does dogmode reduce no-shows?
Online bookings are paid when they land, so the diary only holds real ones. Stays can take a deposit, every visit is confirmed and reminded before the day, and a card kept on file lets you charge the no-show fee your customer agreed to.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from settings: upgrades start right away, reductions apply from your next billing date. It's month to month, and you can leave with 30 days' notice. No lock-in, no exit fee.
How does booking on the card work, and what does it cost?
Owners book in one tap right on the card, and we take one all-in rate on the bookings we actually drive for you (card processing included; your country's is on the pricing page): never the owner's money, and nothing on cancellations or walk-ins. Those fees replace your subscription dollar for dollar, so a shop running its bookings and payments through dogmode pays $0 for the software. Already run a booking system like Bookly? We build a custom integration for a one-time setup fee, then it's the same rate.
How does texting cost work?
Email and link sharing are always free and unlimited. Texts are included on paid plans (or unlock when you upgrade), so you choose when SMS is worth it.
