Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start your free trial and send real cards today. We only ask for payment details if you decide to keep going.
Does the pet owner need to download an app?
Never. Owners just tap the link you text or email them. It opens a beautiful page in their browser. No account, no download, no friction.
What if I only offer one service?
The solo plan is one flat $25 a month with every card type included, so a single-service walker or groomer pays the same as a solo who does everything. Run your bookings and payments through DogMode and it drops to $0: booking fees replace your subscription, dollar for dollar.
Can I change or cancel my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from settings. Upgrades start right away; reductions apply from your next billing date. No lock-in.
How does booking on the card work, and what does it cost?
Owners book in one tap right on the card, and we take 3.5% of the bookings we actually drive for you: never the owner's money, and nothing on cancellations or walk-ins. Those fees replace your subscription dollar for dollar, so a shop running its bookings and payments through DogMode pays $0 for the software. Already run a booking system like Bookly? We build a custom integration for a one-time setup fee, then it's the same 3.5%.
How does texting cost work?
Email and link sharing are always free and unlimited. Texts are included on paid plans (or unlock when you upgrade), so you choose when SMS is worth it.
Will the cards look like my brand?
