Today was my first time meeting and grooming Arlo, and I completed a full groom, sedative free. We were patient with one another. I set safe, reasonable boundaries and let him tell me when he didn't like something, in a safe and controlled way, with LOTS of praise. This isn't perfection, it's progress.
